Absolute heaven for the cake lover, Baker and Spice is an Aladdin’s cave of delicious, colourful, tempting home cooked confection. Trays of soft sponge cakes, plump shiny fruit flans, creamy cheesecakes, gooey brownies and huge fluffy meringues adorn the window display tempting passers by.   Our cookies are exceptionally good, hand made and baked daily using the finest ingredients.

All of these delights are available per slice to eat in or take away.  A selection of whole cakes is also available to pre order from each of the Cafés. 

For that special occasion they can also be personalised with a message.
